- DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
- Yes, we do ship internationally to select countries. We ship to the following: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Norway, the Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and Ukraine. We also ship to all military bases: Armed Forces Europe (AE), Armed Forces Pacific (AP), and the Armed Forces Americas (AA).
- DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA, the UK, or the Netherlands?
- Unfortunately we DO NOT ship to these countries.
- ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?
- Yes! Each and every one of our products is 100% authentic and licensed. The brands range from NBA products, Cooperstown Collection, NFL products, NHL products, Adidas, Vintage Hockey, Reebok, Zephyr, and Mitchell & Ness.
- HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number. You can enter this number into www.USPS.com in order to follow the status of your order.
- CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You may return a purchased item for credit to your credit card, your PayPal account, or for another item within 30 days of receipt.
Returns: In order for an item to be eligible for return, the item must still be in its original condition. There must not be any blemishes, and the tags and/or stickers must be intact. Repack the item(s) in the original box your order was shipped in, or something comparable. The buyer pays for the return shipping. Returns should be addressed to:

Exchanges: All the same applies to exchanges. Leave us a note in the returned box of an item of equal or lesser value that you would like to make an exchange for. If the new item is of lesser value than the original purchase, we will refund you the difference. Once your original item is returned, we will ship out your new item at no additional cost.
- HOW CAN I GET FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING?
- Shipping is FREE for all orders of 3 or more items! Furthermore, we will ship your order via USPS PRIORITY mail! Order 4 snapbacks and have them all delivered to you quickly and at ZERO cost to you!
- HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?
There are three shipping & handling methods:
- USPS 1st Class Shipping- All orders of 1 item are shipped via USPS 1st Class Shipping. This typically takes 4-6 business days and costs $3.99; $2.99 for customers in California.
- USPS Priority Shipping- All orders of 2 or more items are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. This typically takes 2-4 business days. Orders of 2 items costs $6.99; $3.99 for customers in California. However, priority shipping is FREE for all purchase of 3 or more items for domestic customers and up to 12 items. Any order of 13 or more items costs $14.99; $9.99 for customers in California.
- International Priority Shipping- Items are shipped via USPS International Shipping method. This typically takes 7-10 business days and costs a flat rate of 34.99 USD.
Items are shipped everyday excluding Saturday and Sunday.
- DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?
- Unfortunately, we do not wholesale at this time.
- HOW OFTEN DO YOU RE-STOCK?
- We are constantly re-stocking inventory and forever updating our new styles. So be sure to check out inventory weekly.
- DO YOU SHIP ON HOLIDAYS?
- No, we can only ship on days that the US Postal Service is operating. If you place an order the night before a national holiday, expect delivery time to be delayed accordingly.
